Takelotmore subscription

I have been subscribing to TakealotMore and had my account linked to MRD app. Mrd app then did an update and it was no longer linked. I have been going from pillar to post to get this linked again as I am paying for the subscription and for deliveries on the MRD app!! I am also concerned as I have been receiving someone else’s delivery notifications so it makes me wonder how safe my details are… also had someone else login to my Takealot app and try and process a purchase… seriously thinking about requesting an account deletion as this is beyond frustrating!!
