TAKEALOT.COM Pathetic service!!

Very poor service received takealot.com. I ordered a few things from them almost 2 weeks ago and my delivery date was the 18th December. It's now the 24th and my order hasn't been received yet. They keep rescheduling the delivery and say it will be delivered on that day before 5 but I get SMS way past 5 pm to say that I refused to accept delivery. This is not true and I have been waiting at my working place every day for the past week till 5.30 pm waiting for this order to be delivered. Hiw can I be refusing the delivery is no one cane to deliver. No phone calls were made to me none of my emails are being responded to with regards to this matter. The emails I receive is with regards to whether i want to CANCEL my order. They do not even read what my emails are about before responding. This is not fair as I already paid for this order already. This is a Christmas order and needs to be here by today. On top of all of that they also damaged one of my items and decide to tell me 1 day before christmas that it is damaged .
