Takealot NOW *******

Please becareful when you ordering from the takealot now. I spent a large sum of money and they couldn’t deliver, offered me a credit I then triggered a pay out and they trying to rob me of R300 from the large amount I spent. The lady Carlyn on email keeps repeating herself saying that the refund is being processed but not addressing where my missing funds are. I then called head office and spoke to Soneke and he hung up on me. It’s festive season so people will do anything to rob others. Imagine how many customers this is being done to and they are not noticing!
