Takealot bad service

I made an order on the 18th and they sent me an email that some of the product I ordered are out of stock, so they will credit my account. I sent them an email the following day, alerting them that the money is not does not reflect on my credit . I queried for almost 2 weeks, after that they gave me voucher with conditions that I cannot meet. They didn't credit my account
