Take responsibility for your employees and pay up

Driver jumped the red light and knocked my car. First thing Mr D says after asking for the pics is that the driver was not on duty. How can a driver with a delivery, at 17:00 on a Friday evening, when most people are ordering, be off duty?! So they probably don't have insurance for their drivers or vet them. Pathetic.
