TAKE MY MONEY, CANCEL MY ORDER & DON'T REFUND as PROMISED !!!

I ordered yesterday (20/02/2020) at about 3pm O/N - DFD***7 for an amount of R230.90 for KFC. The restaurant could not be contacted was the reason that was given for my order not going through , BUT your'll took MY money !!! I tried ordering from another KFC branch also in the area , with the same delivery time but was declined because I had transferred just enough for my order . A message came up on the app that "you HAVE been fully refunded" which was a LIE because no money was refunded , so I called the *** and after numerous attempts I finally get through and get told , Sorry about that and my money will be refunded within 24 - 72 hours . So now i'm out of pocket R230.90 . I will NOT use Mr. D again because if the restaurant cannot be contacted , Mr D will take your money and make you wait 24 - 72 hours . This is Very Wrong and Very Worrying !!!
