Suspended account issues.

Suspended my account for no reason. Call center woman sounded uninterested, kept asking me the same questions over and over while her colleagues laughed loudly in the background. She then put me on mute until i hung up. Chat bot takes forever to respond then closes the call if you don't respond immediately. Giving up now and deleting the app.
