Suspended account??????

A one star rating is too much at this point.

Phoned them to find out what is going on coz i received a food gift and was unable to use it.

According to Mr Delivery there has been ***** on my credit card, never received any communication from the bank. How does the bank flag suspicious activity and not contact me?????

Now instead of fixing their mess of suspending my account, mr D email people have decided to cancel the gift after i asked for it to be moved to my husbands number seeing that mr D does not want to un-suspend my account. They keep on telling me a mail was sent to me, but till date i'm still waiting for this so called mail.

How do i get my number removed completely for mr D so that no one can send me a gift again coz clearly the call centre cant follow instructions and i'm not wasting any more airtime on the call centre trying to find out what has been done.
