Suspeded account for no reason

Someone got hold of my cellphone number and made use of the first time buyer offer on more delivery numerous times. And without any notice or explanations of any kind, Mr Delivery suspended my account.

Upon calling and emailing them last week they informed me that my account was linked to this abusive profile and it will remain suspended until further notice. They then proceeded to say they tried calling me numerous times when I received one missed call, I then asked them to call back and they never did although they claimed to say they did, after which I phoned them back.

They then said there is nothing they can do that my account will stay under investigation until further notice which I find is not fair as I have done nothing worn, at least if they had explained or tried to contact me/notify me about the situation it would be better.

Seems Ubereats is the only way to go. How can you block mya account without even trying to ask me or finding out about it from my side? Not OK!
