Super upset and not happy customer

I dont know how many times I've had this problem but Mr delivery should be selling us convenience but instead their drivers are ripping us of,even if u do specify u need change they dont bring it so for us where it's a mission to go to shops how do u get change? So I'm guessing you should leave home with the exact amount of what you will have for lunch even when you dont even knw, like me a pregnant woman Where is the convenience in that when the drivers are basically taking us for ride coz they always say they just started working like Phumlani,ephraim and today it was Mali

I spoke to one of the customer service guy there I forgot his name and he assured me this will not happen and again today,is this how they pay drivers or this is a **** to rob customers coz you cannot tell me tht I have to and that is a must to not get change when I order
