Sucky service

This is for order number (#DFD***). I ordered my food at 17:20 and Mr D gladly took the order for delivery. I waited till 19:00 of which they had no decency to call or update me the happenings of my order. I called. And stayed on the line for 20 minutes to no avail, I WhatsAppd their inefficient WhatsApp number to be told the operating hours are from 8:00-17:00. Seriously annoyed at this service provider and their sucky means of lack of communication. I paid for delivery and didn't even get my order, I had to go fetch cold food 2 hours later.
