I am writing to formally complain about the exceptionally poor service I experienced with an online order i placed via your app On 2024/10/25, I placed my order at 19:24 and, despite waiting for any communication or update, I was forced to collect the order myself at 22:00.

This delay and lack of communication are completely unacceptable. I expect a full explanation of what went wrong and what measures will be taken to prevent such issues in the future.
