Stupid Mr D

I order a lot on Mr D. Last week I placed an order and the wrong items were delivered. I told the driver this and he was really aggressive and told me to just take it. I called the branch and my order was still there. The lady I spoke to at Mr D said that I must send her pictures, which I did, and then told me to feed my children 'chips in the meantime'. I said no, I will reorder. They have now been trying to refund my money but they keep debiting my account instead. I am absolutely furious. I understand mistakes happen, but this is mistake upon mistake upon mistake. Can Mr Delivery kindly just refund my money?
