stupid logic that makes customer suffer rather than the store!!

Really unhappy. I placed an order thinking logic was the order of the day. Apparently not it seems if you place an order they debit you before even checking that the SHOP has stock .....guess what they also say dont worry we will refund you immediately ...5 days later!!! ( you quick to take my cash ..but not return it when its not even my fault!! 5 days later regardless of the so called problems you say at banks is not MY FAULT!! you debited me with out checking if there was stoc****
