Strange delivery exclusions

I have been trying to get Mr D Food to deliver to my residence for quite some time now. I try to use the Mr D Food app on my smart phone. Whenever I try to give my location, I get denied with a "Out Of Delivery Bounds" message, and an option of "Vote for my are" which does absolutely nothing. Yet, Takealot has no issue delivering to my doorstep, any given time they can, and as far as I know, Mr D Food and Takealot has somehow teamed up, at least with regards to delivery infrastructure. So how about that? They can deliver 'n 45" TV to my doorstep, ordered from over sea's , but not a hamburger & chips, from 2Km's down the road.
