Stop using mr delivery use Uber eats or something else

People I placed an order with me delivery. I waited 40 minutes and then called then. They advised my order was cancelled and the agent ask me, “mr chetty didn’t 2 of out agents call and let you know it’s cancelled”. Anyway they cancelled it and i was told to wait 5-7 working days. What if this was some who used their last money for food and then they now had to wait 5-7 working days
