Their customer service and attitude towards their clients is absolutely pathetic! It is now Feb 2020 and I have been struggling to get a refund since October 2019!!! I have even had to submit my bank statements to prove that I did not receive the payment that they claimed they had made, which they did not. Furthermore, they have ignored the countless email I have sent. It is simply disgraceful.
