****** MONEY

Today i ordered lunch on my Mr D App, however, it was canceled due to the restaurant not having the particular item. I was tgen contacted by Mr D and offered a voucher so i could reorder. I placed my order, however, it was less then what i initially ordered for. After numerous attempts to contact the call center they have communicated that they can't refund my money and can only give me a voucher. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! I have being promised by the call center that they would contact me numerous times today but i haven't received any calls until i call them.

I am absolutely disappointed in their service and will never be using this app again!
