Stole our Money

We ordered Food last week Friday FOR THE FIRST time from the Mr D app. It was quite a struggle as you can not choose the CASH payment option (now I know why, coz if you choose cash- they can't ***** your money!,,,, eventually we placed an order with Mc Donalds. They then TOOK our money and cancelled our order. Apparently the money was refunded immediately..

as we are STILL WAITING FOR OUR MONEY. we did not receive an email to say sorry or explained what happened, NOTHING. NO order history on the app ect.

I want my refund and I will not ever try use this service again. EVER.
