Stole my money and ate my food.

Do not ever order from Mr D Food and Takealot use the wrong location. I ordered food for the office, used another location, 5 minutes away. We asked him to come here and he cancelled the order. Took the food and I can't get a refund. Have spoken to their customer care 2 times now and the driver and have been dropped twice on the line. Driver ate my food and admitted it. Great service?
