Stole my money

I placed an order on the app, and paid via instant EFT (Ozow) option. MR D took my money, and the place I ordered from cancelled the order. This was on Saturday, now I am told by Mr D that I have to wait for up to 5 working days to get my money back. Taken instantly, but going through hell to get it back when I never got the food. Sticking to Uber eats, never had this problem with them. They refunded me once within 24 hours

Terrible effort and experience with Mr D, now they are even ignoring my emails to them
