Stinking service

I'd give them zero if it was an option. Today I placed an order, a 087 number called me when I picked up, the call was immediately dropped, I tried calling back the number only to find out its their customer landline, I had to wait for a consultant to talk to me, I told the lady what happened and she was so rude, she said there's nothing they can do cause it's my fault I wasn't there when the driver delivered, the driver claims that he called me when I wasn't available, he notified their offices and the office apparently called me to tell me the driver is at the gate, that came as a suprise cause I never received a call from them not even a missed call, I had put an alternative number when I placed the order, it wasn't called either, I spoke to 3 consultants there about my order and they were so disgustingly rude, at the end they told me they give me a coupon for the same amount so I can order again since they had network issues so it's possible that when they tried to call, calls couldn't be placed , I haven't received that coupon even now and this happened around 13h00 today, they said I will receive an email within 2 minutes, it's been over hours now. I will never use their stinking service and they can keep my money, it will probably make them feel rich, all their consultants are so rude, the other one even dropped the call on me. This is the worst bad service in the history of bad services.
