Still No Refund, No Feedbac****

I placed on order on Friday last on thr MrD app, and the food was completely burned by the restaurant and I promptly informed MrD and they informed that I should throw the food away and provide them with my banking details to process the refund since it was a cash purchase, and I promptly furnished them with my banking details. They informed me on Friday last week, same day that it would take 2 days to get the refund and here I am five days later and still no refund. I hate incompetence esp when it adversely affects me, plz bay back my money!!! Order No: DFD ********** . Refer to emails sent to K. Maphumulo!
