*****sters.. they don't refund for unsuccessful delivery with their own fault

*******s!!! I ordered food with MR D app in Feb. ( not the first time) Once It passed an hour of promised time, I called the driver ... and he mentioned he could not deliver as he does not have enough petrol in his car on correct address thus my order would be canceled and I would get refund. Same is mentioned on app " unsuccessful delivery" and " your account is being refunded"

Few weeks later when I checked my account I noticed there was no refund. On calling MrD they say we cannot refund you as our policy is to be called in 2 days time. On escalating, they promise to come back but never call back They closed almost 10 incidents without any resolution and never reply back

I suggest stop using this *****sters and rather rely on Uber eats.. How can a company not return money for non usage of service
