STEERS AND MR DELIVERY

I placed an order with Steers through Mr Delivery. I normally wait for Mr Delivery to phone and confirm my order so I can tell them to replace the soda with WATER as there is NO water option on their website, i received NO PHONE CALL from Mr Delivery for confirmation. Then Steers pitches up here, gives me my order and change and leaves. I open my meal, which was stapled closed. I take out my burger and eat, and then when i take my chips i see i got BURNED chips that is also so salted i can barely put it in my mouth. Then when i open my Coca Cola its so shaken that it bursts open, and there is coke messed ALL OVER MY WORK TABLE as well as my clothes. I then phone Mr Delivery Weltevreden Park and the only solution the lady has is to exchange my chips?!?!?! Also complaining about the no confirmation call, she states that head office said no more calls for confirmation. Was I supposed to smell this????? Mr.Delivery then phones me saying the chips are because of the quality of potatoes and they want to exchange the chips and bring water? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I want my money back!!!!!
