Steer clear of Mr D food if you know what's good for you

If you value your sanity, never, ever order from these people. I can't even begin to describe the ********** nightmares I've been through with this company. Here are just a few of the problems I've had: incorrect orders, orders arriving late, company not following specific delivery instructions, company refusing to correct my order when it's wrong, can't get hold of customer service, unhelpful driver, managers and customer service, the restaurant confirming the order and then saying they actually can't fulfil the full order... The list goes on. I cannot stress enough how furious I am with these people. There's always some drama with an order. I've lost track of the number of hours I've spent arguing with managers and customer service, or even just trying to get hold of a manager or customer service. Do yourself a favour, get in your car and go get your own food. I wouldn't even use this service again if they delivered free food and bonus ice creams. So not worth the stress.
