*****ing of money

On Saturday 8 December I purchased food online to the value of R291 and paid for it. The restaurant however declined my order and Mr delivery claims they refunded me. Up till today I hve received no refund yet. Mr Delivery including their staff are *******. Akeelah Bezuidenhout, Johnny Dhlamini, Annelisa Mgadeni are all ***** in claiming that they refunded me as I called the bank and there was no request for reversal of charges ir refund into my acvlunt account. I hve even sent them my banking details , but they refuse to give me a refund. Be careful when you make online payment with MR nd the restaurant declines order after u hve already paid.
