Steady decline in service. Not worth it

Service over the last few months has been on a steady decline. Tonight was the last straw. Not only was the order cancelled only 30 minutes AFTER delivery was meant ro have taken place, but the customer care was less than helpful when I called and emailed to enquire as to what happend. They will also not refund my money, but insist on adding it to my "wallet". I will only be using Uber Eats going forward. The constant frustration just isn't worth it.
