Stay away!

The worst kind of service ever!The worst ever, stay away. Rather get Uber Eats, you'll get better service and Uber Eats will definitely refund you and Uber Eats help desk understand that they deliver a service and it's only as good as the promises they keep. Awesome stuff Uber Eats, but as for Mr. D Food your awful, dishonest and pathetic services has a price to pay and pay you will.

My drink that I bought with a combo was not included, it took the driver 3hours to deliver and the food was dry, awful and meager. Definitely not worth the money you pay through Mr D. When you complain, your complaint goes to several representatives and each time you have to explain the same thing over and over again.

Bottom line, I ordered a combo and I received my order after 2h30 - 3hours later and my drink was missing. I opened my food and found dried out pieces of chicken that looked like billtong and a kiddies burger that will even put McDonald's to shame. I reported it, after explaining to more than seven people via email, they wanted to credit me with a humiliating R20 and I told them to stuff it.

PATHETIC!

I immediately deleted the app and informed all my friends, family and acquaintances to do the same. Now I'm soly using Uber Eats.
