status of order

As a regular user of Mr D i am extremely appalled by the service today. i placed on online order, money went off my account at 11:50. Tried tracking but its says my order is on the way to the restaurant 30 minutes later, i submitted an online query but still havent received a response. i need to know whats happening so i know what to do. no one has gotten back to me yet.there is no contact number either for you guys
