SPUR Horrible Service

It's the second time I've had an issue with the same store but different locations within Mr D. My order was missing items teice now, not sure if it's driver error or the actual stores, the 1st store was Spur Athlone Vangate Mall and just now Spur City Center. Mr D never hamdles the issue but sends ne ti sort it iut eith the store having to drive all the way to the store when I oaid for delivery
