Spoilt product delivered by Mr D

I have purchased a product from Mr D. There was an issue with the product which I have immediately contacted them and complained. I then sent them the images of the product. This was on the 25th of May. To date I have not received any positive feedback. I have sent them all the images they requested however I received 5 emails now requesting for the same thing. They have made no call to me to explain and apologize. They have terrible customer service and their consultants are all confused. There is no proper internal communication. I was told that my money for the product and delivery fee would be reimbursed, however to date nothing. This matter is ongoing for the 3rd week now. I am absolutely angry, frustrated and dissapointed.
