Speed before quality

<p>I sent Mr Delivery a message after being FORCED to download their new APP onto my iPhone. I do not want yet another app but I downloaded anyway. The new features are that you can only order from places within 5km and cannot use your credit card over the phone any more should you want a different type of food to "burgers".</p> <p>The restaurants within 5 km are **********. I can no longer go to Mexican Fresh; Saigon; Ocean Basket; Polpetta; Lucas, Yamada etc etc…all rather more upmarket establishments. </p> <p>I am not interest in cheap and nasty take-away food. I can get that from McDonalds with FREE delivery. Actually McDonalds are highly efficient and extremely pleasant but you get my point!</p> <p>I was sent a totally unapologetic, standardised response from Monique. Mr Delivery's response to a loyal client is unacceptable.</p> <p>This new app was brought in with no warning. I do not know who is in charge of the Marketing or PR but they should be dismissed. If I treated loyal customers in the same fashion I would be out of business within 6 months.</p> <p>Sadly Mr D will probably do well with customers who are prepared to accept low quality.</p>
