Smashcakes

I ordered cupcakes for my husbands birthday and the cupcakes arrived looking like they went through a warzone. When telling the driver that I cannot serve that mess to people he tries to slip me R50 (for an order that I paid almost R300 for) not to complain to head office.

Infuriated by this unprofessionalism I phoned the head office and after going through the channels to log the complaint and have the items re-ordered (as delivery to the venue needs to be by 11 am) they tell me they cannot speed up the process...

So cupcakes that I ordered in time gets to me looking like **** and when complaining Mr. Delivery cannot make a plan to fix their *****-ups in time. Nice one......
