Slow Customer service and support

To be honest I never really have issues with them in terms of transparency, however there turn around time for support emails takes forever...This is extremely frustrating when you have received putrid food for the money you work so hard for, when I demand a refund, the mere fact that you still take your own time to get back to me and allowing that ripple effect to have me wait for a refund I mean come on now guys!
