Sleepy Agents with No Knowledge of the App

The customer service here (call centre) is appalling. Spoke to agents (Ayabonga and Luke) who were not present (specifically Ayabonga) and did not how to assist me - most frustrating thing using airtime to listen to sleep agents uhm-ing the entire call. Left a bitter taste in my mouth - the app and the call centre are the pits!
