SIES Mr Delivery!!!

I order from various food outlets on a regular basis using the Mr Delivery app. I have access to other delivery methods, but because the app is on my phone and its easy to use, I choose to use MrD, even if the price is higher to order!!. I spend an average of r600 per meal each time I order, and I order at least twice a week. As a paying customer, for an item and a service, I choose when to tip. If the service is great and the person is friendly, I tip generously - usually with cash as I have more control over this rather than doing it on the app. On receiving my order from a flame-grilled hot, extra hot or tangy tomato chicken outlet in our area, the delivery guy tells my son (as i was still working at this late hour - hence the takeout) "remind your mother that she must tip me". ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW!! How dare you dictate when I should tip. I paid for my meal, and I tip for SERVICE. I am utterly disgusted in this behaviour. And to top it all - I often tip - and generously!.. I will not be using the Mr Delivery app any longer - and will rather support the other delivery service companies. MrD... teach your drivers some manners!!!!
