Sick and tired of lame excuses

Delivery of Takealot order mived out days without end. Reasin given " cust cant take delivery" when they dont use address given but make up addresses where they "were" to cover themselves. Pribably too busy. Then charging the same fee as delivery from Jhb!!! I would give I stars if I could. Giving Take alot a bad name
