Shouting at customers does not get you good reviews

Having a Mr D shout at me as if I’m a child telling me they won’t deliver to my house anymore before I could even ask if he is indeed Mr D…. This man claims to have been waiting outside my house all the while trying to reach me, his network failed him and HE couldn’t send a message to say he’s outside. So it was my fault that he couldn’t reach me, I asked him who’s fault it was that there’s loading and his app couldn’t update me on his whereabouts? To that he continued to shout asking if I knew how long he’d been outside. I asked him how would I have known that he was outside if he didn’t contact me, I took the liberty to let him that when he can’t reach me He can call Nando’s Bruma and ask them to call me… what could I have done on my end.
