Short Delivery & No Refund!

My partner & I ordered a meal on July 26th, my meal did not arrive & I immediately sent through a refund request for my missing meal on the Mr D app. I was told my meal would be refunded & a screen shot of their refund release was sent to me, I waited 2 week's. No refund. I contacted Mr D again & was asked to send through my banking statement to prove I had not yet received the refund, I did so & was sent another screen shot of the payment being released. I waited again for another 2 week's & still no refund. I have tried contacting Mr D AGAIN & have received ZERO response. At the end of the day, it is not about the money/refund value itself as it is the principle. I paid for an item I did not receive & that followed with POOR service from Mr D. I am an ongoing client of your's, I pay the premium you add to the food's as well as the delivery service. I expect a response & my refund by the end of this week.
