Shockingly poor service and theft

I had my order ******. I was told the driver was hijacked. I was asked if I want a replacement which I said yes, seeing I've waited 2 weeks for my order. They ignored me and credited my account. I did not want that. I confirmed via email I want a replacement which they offered. Now I've been credited less than what I spent on account and not a refund. I also lost out on a R250 voucher which they refuse to reissue. Very poor service.
