Shocking service and a bunch of *****

<p>Hello Peter </p> <p> </p> <p>So tonight i placed my order with Mr Delivery after an extremly long week. So my order was placed at 19:16 and was due at 20:06 . Ordered throught their food app. After an hour i called and ended up on hold for about 15 minutes evetually o got through to a lady who tells me their systems had a fault. Fine . I was confirmed that i would recieve my food tonight . Another hour and a half goes by and i get a call to say oh sorry the resturant is now closed so i wont be getting any food . So now i lie here in bed at 22:20 after having wasted my whole friday night waiting at home for food that was confirmed will arrive . They are very fast to take your money but it seems completely useless at performing the only thing they need to do which is deliver the food ... the staff is not much better and clearly dont seem to understand a customers frustration. Lack of training ? I think so . Well i will tell you one thing thing is not the first time we have had a problem with mr d.</p> <p>I urge all to stay away . Rather use delivery xtreme or anything else </p>
