Shocking service!

I use to order frequently from this app, despite thinking the delivery fee and fees they charge on top of normal items are insane for the convenience it was worth it. However the last few orders have not arrived, you order and then get zero communication regarding your delivery that you end up waiting hours for, before hearing it is cancelled or not going to arrive. Their staff have an attitude and they cannot refund you into your account as it needs 3 - 5 business days to do. I will NEVER order from them again!
