SHOCKING SERVICE !

I ordered food last night from Mr Delivery. I was told the restaurant didnt respond and that my wallet was credit with the amount. I immediately ordered from another restaurant for my husband and I. I noticed my credit wasn't deducted from my next order so I ended up lodging an enquiry. About half an hour later 2 restaurants showed up at my restaurant with 2 different bags of food which of course I have no use of as nobody eats old chips and food that is not good and nobody can eat 2 orders in one night. Nobody advised me, upon enquiring I was told sorry the other restaurant suddenly accepted the order but nobody advised me so I have to take the loss. Absolutely shocking and it is not the first time this happens. It is not the first time this happens, a previous time we went without food because we were not advised the Restaurant didn't accept the order and then it was too late to order again. Shocking !!
