Shocking service

I ordered lunch on Mr D (from a restaurant in LA LUCIA), I work in MT EDGECOMBE (that's a 6km drive, not far at all). I ordered my food, 10 minutes later I get a call from the driver saying "it's too far, can I have your banking details and I'll refund you". This is an absolute JOKE. I put my address into the app before I even ordered, so if it is "too far", then the app should state that!! He then said ok he will call me back... And once I told him this is not my problem, he said he will deliver my food - BUT, he had already said he had delivered it on the app, so I received a notification saying "your food has been delivered" when in fact is hadn't. This is ridiculous service from Mr D.
