Shocking service!

I've had 2 bad experiences with you this past week and queries were logged for both. But what happened this evening takes the cake. I placed an order just after 7 pm and after waiting for more than an hour - and no update on the app - I try calling the restaurant to find out what's happened. Only to be told that the driver was impatient and didn't want to wait for the order, so he left. I tried calling Mr D and no answer. And what makes things worse is that the restaurant can't cancel the order for me to get a refund. I'm not out of pocket of R400 at it's now 8:56 PM and my kids haven't even had dinner. This is shocking!! I want my money back asap!
