Shocking mr delivery call center protocols.

Shocking customer service, part of the order was incorrect which can happen but when we called call center they said we must return all of it or except all of it!!!!!!! so a family of 6 had to send all the food back when only two items where incorrect. call center said they would arrange a refund... no refund needed we just wanted the food that we ordered and the incorrect food replaced, now we are sitting after waiting for our food for an hour with nothing due to incompetence.

Mr Delivery will happily take you money before ordering but when there is a problem they only have excuses.

we can now never order mr delivery again because the risk of them getting it wrong is to high.

Maybe their staff need to check the order before they receive it from the vendor.
