Shocking lack of service!!!

Four days ago, I was logged out of my Mr D app. When I tried to log back in, I was informed that my email address/password combination was invalid, even though I was not asked to enter a password. Since I had no means of logging back into the app, I emailed Mr D customer service.

Customer service took the decision to ignore my email, which clearly indicates to me that Mr D neither want, nor need my business, so I am choosing to take it elsewhere. I am posting this review as a warning to others that Mr D clearly does not care about us, given that I have been a loyal customer of theirs for more years than I can count and this is the treatment I receive. Take your business to a service provider who actually cares about you.
