Shocking disregard for clients wellbeing

Good food and specials but terrible customer service. I have been shouted and and mistreated over 3 times (makes you question why you bother reviewing drivers on thier app). I have had a driver cause and accident. I reported thier name and bike details straight from the traffic report and they claim to have no driver under that name. This means they have no idea who is delivering your food. They do not monitor who they send to your house. This is not safe and this disregard for clients is scary. So next time you wonder how they can offer great 2 for 1 specials this is how... by not spending money on what matters. Shame on you Mr D and shame on you Takealot
