Shocking business model! Never use these ******!

I made a purchase thru Mr Delivery my order was not accepted by the restaurant. it was therefore declined. What i do not understand is why did MR Delivery deduct the amount in my account even before the order is accepted? its such an inconvenience that one does not get the food ordered and the money is gone from their account. They sent me an email stating that i will be refunded in the next 24 hour or within 5 working days. i am still awaiting my refund. Highly disappointment by such bad service. I will not use this company anytime soon!!!! I will go with their competitors or will just go myself! Pathetic service!
